Volunteer credits
The system of Volunteer Credits was implemented to promote an environment where each family is contributing to volunteer needs of MCC and VASRA. Board Member, Melina Duggal (Member at Large – Volunteers) will be tracking volunteer credits earned through the year. Access to the current number of credits earned per family can be accessed by clicking the button below.
The number of volunteer credits you are expected to earn depends on the Payment Option you selected during registration.
** In order to promote equity across the MCC community, members will be charged $300 for every unfilled volunteer credit. **

Mulch
madness
This critical fundraiser, that contributes approximately 30% to MCC’s revenue, requires all of the MCC community to participate on a weekend typically in March. Families with more than one child registered with the club will only be required to fulfill one Mulch Madness parent volunteer shift.
If you know of an unavoidable conflict with Mulch Madness weekend email ASAP to receive alternative volunteer shifts to support Mulch Madness through the many pre- and post-event activities. * A charge of $750 will be assessed for any family not volunteering for at least one Mulch Madness parent volunteer shift unless other arrangements have been made in advance*
