Welcome to all returning and new members! Below outlines the various steps, and when you click the red buttons, you will be taken to forms or other websites to complete the step. Please keep this Registration Page open so you can easily return and proceed to the next step. Similar to last year, we will continue to use the DocuSign service to electronically sign the various forms and documents. If you want to learn more about DocuSign, please click here.
Please note the following:
Step 3 - It is CRITICAL that you carefully read and understand the MCC Membership Agreement and the accompanying Membership Q&A document. You will be prompted to PRINT this for your records and detailed review. When ready to SIGN, you will select a dues/volunteer level option and commit to membership requirements for the season.
Step 5 includes several of the FCPS required forms. It is suggested that you scroll through and read documents before clicking yellow Start button and using the yellow Next button, which will jump to required signatures/initials. There are check boxes set up for options to simulate completing the forms manually.
Step 5 - Both parent and student are required to sign several forms – you will be prompted to enter Name and Email address for your student. Your student will receive an email to use DocuSign to electronically sign forms.
Name fields in forms are automatically populated after signatures. NOTE - Student name will be blank until your student completes the forms.
You can not use a FCPSschools.net address. If student does not have another email address then enter student Name and repeat a parent's address and you will need to electronically sign on his/her behalf.
PLEASE follow up with your rower to ensure he/she receives the email and completes the signature.
If your student has already participated in a fall sport at MHS, you will not need to repeat Step 2 (VHSL Physical) and Step 8 (Concussion Education).
Thank you for your prompt attention to these important administrative matters. All steps are due no later than November 15th and no student can participate in Winter Conditioning (beginning Thursday, November 21st) unless all items are verified complete. The cost of basic membership is $9.75 (you do not need an upgrade)

Membership expiration should be later than June 2020 - if you have automatic renewal you are set.
Waiver is signed annually
Confirmation tracked by MCC Coaches. Required before rower can compete in regattas and winter erg competitions.
