The MCF, a 501(c)(3) foundation, was established by the McLean Citizens Association in 1978 to
operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes for the benefit of the community of
McLean, Virginia, as defined by the McLean Citizens Association. MCF encourages civic spirit and philanthropic engagement and to support valuable community services:

MCF has awarded the following grants to MCC: 

​

• $8000 for a new cargo trailer (May 2024)

• $6000 for two sets of oars (February 2019)
