The W-L Crew Triathlon consists of:

• 4k erg

• 2 mile run, including stadium stairs

• Bench Rows (Max Completed in 2 Minutes)

 

Check-in opens at 8am, racing starts at 8:30am

Estimated flights times will be sent closer to the event

The event will be held rain or shine, but dangerous roads can cancel it.

There is no make-up day for the event.

Scoring: Elapsed time for 4k erg and run + 4k erg time - (# of bench rows x 3 seconds)

*note that the erg time is counted twice*
