This year, Spring Break training will be held at Thompson’s Boat Center from Monday, April 15 – 19.  Our decision to stay in Virginia was driven by the timing of the break and our participation in weekend regattas.  The teams will depart McLean High School each morning and return to the high school in the afternoon by bus.  No additional action needed specific to Spring Break for rowers who currently bring EpiPens and Inhalers to practice. Activity planning outside of practices were made as a direct result of rower and coach feedback.  Sunday is a free day for your rower to relax. We ask that all rowers on the team join us for dinner at Pulcinella in Mclean on Wednesday evening.  Optional team building activities will be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with separate cost, waiver completion and sign-ups.

* Rowers must bring their reusable water bottles -- no disposable water bottles available!

** Costs for the opening team dinner on Wednesday night, transportation between MHS and TBC, and daily lunches are included in the Spring Break fee. The two lunches option requires an additional fee.
