YOUR FUNDRAISING RESPONSIBILITY
As a member of MCC we each agreed to raise a net-profit of $300 during the winter. These funds are a combination of tree and paw-thaw sales, plus ergathon donations.
Ergathon donations are 100% profit to MCC (and thus 100% credit toward your $300 commitment)
If you want to know how much is remaining on your commitment, email me directly at brett.korade@penfedrealty.com
Donation/Pledge form is attached for your use
Directions are on the attached donation/pledge form
FUNDRAISING DIRECTIONS (These are also on the form, repeated here for emphasis)
Record donation information on the form. Use additional forms if you need more space.
Turn in all donations in a regular envelope with your name on the outside.
Turn in envelopes at practice between 1/15 – 1/19
Inside the envelope should be all donations and the donation form(s).
It is preferable to condense all cash into a single check. For example, if five different people gave you $20 each, write their information on five different lines above. Then, before turning in your envelope with this form inside, have your parent write a check for $100 to “McLean Crew Club” and exchange it for the cash.
YOUR PARTICIPATION RESPONSIBILITY
Rowers: Turn in the funds you raise AT PRACTICE during the week before ergathon
Parents: Sign-up for a volunteer slot
Everyone: HAVE FUN!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
