Monday: 3:00 - 5:00
Tuesday : 3:00 - 5:00
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 3:00 - 5:00
Friday: 3:00 - 5:00
Saturday: 10:30 - 11:30

Girls Fall Schedule:

Mon: 4:30-6:30 (steady state 4:30-5:30, weight lifting 5:30-6:30)
Tues: 2:30-4:30 (roga [crew+yoga] 2:30-3:30, steady state 3:30-4:30)
Wed: 4:30-6:30 (same schedule as monday)
Thu: 2:30-4:30 (same schedule as tuesday)
Fri: Coaches TBD.
Sat: 10:00 - 12:00

We are coming to the end of this first training session. The second one will start after Thanksgiving. The schedule will change then - so watch this space!
